How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship with Australia Post and delivery times are an estimation only. Generally standard shipping is 3-7 business days. Express shipping 1-2 business days.
What is the timeframe for orders to be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our business HQ on the Central Coast, Australia. Orders placed before 12noon are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

We accept returns for full-priced items that are unworn and in original condition, and we'll offer store credits and/or exchanges for the value of your purchase.

Items must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged. Items must be returned in original packaging (this includes bags, box, tags). We do not accept returns on earrings for health and safety reasons. All sale purchases are final. No exchanges or store credits will be issued on sale items.
