Return Policy: What You Need to Know
At our store, you have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return an item.
We accept returns for full-priced items that are unworn and in original condition, and we'll offer store credits and/or exchanges for the value of your purchase.
Please note that refunds aren't available for a change of mind or incorrect purchase. Additionally, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, unless it's faulty.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (including bags, tags and boxes).
Please take note that certain items are non-returnable.
Earrings, Gift cards and Sale items unfortunately, cannot be exchanged or credited.
All purchases on sale items are final.
Kindly note, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings.
Exchange + Returns + Store Credit
